Errol Catanes is a military veteran ready to offer his talent to the public or private sector.  He joined the United States Air Force and fostered a career in aircraft maintenance and the intelligence operations field until the conclusion of his service in 2018.  He graduated in May of 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Applied Studies and is currently working on his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).  Combined with the knowledge and experience serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, he has a highly refined but ever-evolving skill-set designed to enhance the people, programs, and production of any organization, whether in an executive or an advisory position.

Throughout his career, he was stationed in seven bases along with three different countries and deployed in 4 separate war zones in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and several small-scale operations conducted by direct order of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Secretary of Defense and the President of the United States.  His professional experience in aircraft maintenance involved performing and leading teams in repairing six distinct airframes while managing safety, environmental, logistical, and other various industrial programs to ensure they complied with local, state, national, and international regulations.  His professional experience in military intelligence comprised of the planning and execution of both training exercises and real-world actions to include contingency plans and humanitarian aid/disaster relief efforts.

Working in a multitude of locations within different disciplines and people with an assortment of personalities and backgrounds has enabled him to cultivate his organizational and communications skills and develop a positive and collaborative attitude.  It has also vastly improved his problem-solving, business strategy, and data analysis expertise.  His time in military service strengthened his work ethic and enhanced his adaptability to work under any circumstance and visualize any mission he is tasked to accomplish.
